ancient Chamorro word, Guahan, meaning, "we have." What
we have to share with you is an island well known to international

spectacular natural beauty and rich cultural legacy the Bureau
has prepared for visitors. As you read through this guidebook,
we will give you-visitor and resident alike-little known cultural
and historic information about our island. We are committed to
offering you an unforgettable travel experience. The up-to-date
material contained in this guidebook is organized into four geographic
sections-North, Tamuning and Tumon, Central, and South to help
you quickly locate sites of interest you may find interesting and
worthwhile.
 The Bureau, composed of over 400 member businesses and individuals,
